The basics of advanced directives.
An advance directive explains your wishes for end-of-life or critical care. It includes two types of legal papers: a living will and a durable power of attorney. The American Medical Association suggests you work with a lawyer and your doctor to fill out these forms. All Important thoughts and things to think about! We hear about accidents every day to people of all ages. The Directives are made in love for one another to each other, from young to old! We will answer questions, help fill out forms, and review plans again for the future. These forms are not set in stone, and you can change your mind in today's changing world.
Please reach out to Debbie DeLisle or Karen Broostrom with any questions!
