Have served as volunteers with YWAM since 2012 and are with the Life Empowering Science and Technology department of University of the Nations in Kona Hawaii. They get to teach, learn, train, and disciple students from around the world on how to help others meet their felt needs in the areas of food, water, energy, and safe structures, sharing the love of Jesus in practical, hope-giving ways and empowering others to believe.

Serving on Young Life Staff as both Senior Area Developer for YL Los Angeles and Global Cities Trainer for YL International. Young Life exists to introduce adolescents to Christ and help them grow in their faith in all 50 states and 104 countries. Mark has been on staff for 30 years in various parts of the Western US and now internationally. His role includes developing new areas/ministries, staff recruiting and onboarding, committee and board development, training international city directors and being a part of the leadership team for the Los Angeles region.
